Twenty-two-year-old Dylann Roof was convicted in December of fatally shooting nine black people at a church in Charleston, South Carolina in 2015. On Wednesday, opening statements for the sentencing phase began and prosecutors are expected to call more than 30 witnesses, while Roof is expected to call none. Marlie Hall has the latest.
