A rough start to the new year for an Okanagan landlord. She’s feeling shocked and disappointed after discovering the state of her rental property. The Kelowna woman says the tenants broke the lease and left in a hurry. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, it’s expected to cost thousands of dollars to get the house cleaned up and ready for new renters.
