Sunwing Airlines says the Slovakian pilot accused of being drunk before a flight Saturday from Calgary to Cancun was a foreign pilot on contract but, met all Canadian regulations to fly the Boeing 737. Miroslav Gronych, 37, will appear in court January 5 after police say his blood alcohol limit was three times the legal limit. Reid Fiest reports.
