A massive snow and wind storm that swept in from the American Eastern Seaboard isn’t finished with Quebec and Atlantic Canada just yet. As if power outages, road closures, and travel disruptions are not enough, forecasters say the storm could interfere with New Year’s Eve celebrations. Ross Lord reports.
