The most brutal civil war in the world is coming to an end. Russia and Turkey have brokered a truce that has just gone into effect. It could pave the way for rebels and Syria’s government to end the fight that has killed more than 300-thousand. The U.S. and the U.N. were not players in this deal. As Redmond Shannon reports, it will be up to Turkey and Russia to enforce the deal.
