Vernon man still waiting for apology from ICBC

ICBC admits it made a mistake, but a Vernon man says he has yet to receive an apology from the crown corporation after it sold his car without his knowledge or permission. As Kelly Hayes reports, ICBC admitted the error only after the complainant went public.
