The Fort Worth Police Department has released dash cam video of a July shooting incident in which a man matching a description of a robbery suspect was shot by police. Police have said David Collie refused to follow police instructions to hold up his hands and pulled a box cutter out and pointed it at officers, according to a report. That’s when the Fort Worth officer shot Collie. Collie was hospitalized for 61 days and is paralyzed below the abdomen.
