Competitive cycler Ellen Watters dies after accident during training

Wed, Dec 28: A New Brunswick woman considered to be a rising star in Canadian competitive cycling has died. 28-year-old Ellen Watters was training when she was struck by a vehicle near Sussex. Global’s Adrienne South reports.
