Winter in full effect across Canada during holidays

Canadians had a very wintery Boxing Day and even today some parts of the country are still experiencing more winter weather. In Ontario and Quebec they had freezing rain, enough to turn streets into skating rinks. There were also heavy snow dumps in Manitoba and in parts of Saskatchewan. Even Vancouver didn’t escape the winter weather with freezing rain, and snow. Ross Lord reports.
