Tue, Dec 27: A Toronto couple has learned the hard way that valid Canadian passports may not be enough to get them onto an aircraft for an all-inclusive vacation. As Sean O’Shea reports, they trusted a travel agent to give them the rules, but say they were let down and left stranded at the airport.
