B.C. fentanyl overdoses top 700 for the year, expected to go higher

From January to the end of November, 755 people died in B.C. from drug overdoses. That’s up 70 per cent from the same period last year. Jill Bennett reports on the myths, and the stigma, that is fueling what can only be described as an epidemic.
