The hardest thing to do at this time of year is to sum up the events that made 2016 what it was in a single word. Past words of the year include ‘bailout’, ‘austerity’ and ‘woot’. But with a reality star about to move into the white house this year certainly had a ‘surreal’ feel to it. Mike Drolet reports.
