Sun, Dec 18 – Bret McCann, the son of Lyle and Marie McCann, is calling for the government to make changes to the Criminal Code to remove invalid sections. It comes after a judge convicted Travis Vader of second-degree murder in his parents’ death citing a section of the Criminal Code that was deemed unconstitutional. Julia Wong reports.
