Sat, Dec 17: By some estimates, up to 10 per cent of Canadian veterans who serve in war zones experience post-traumatic stress disorder. Increasingly, those service men and women are turning to service dogs, to ease their anxiety. But, the veterans say they’re not being treated fairly, when it comes to a tax advantage that’s open to others. Ross Lord reports.
