Sat, Dec 17: As the east coast battled ice and freezing rain Saturday, a storm developing in the plains, coupled with a new blast of Arctic air from Canada, was expected to bring more heavy snow and dangerously cold wind chills to the U.S. for the weekend. Jennifer Johnson reports.
