Month of Giving: Portland Housing’s Spikes on Bikes program

Volunteers on bikes have been patrolling Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside equipped with Naloxone. It’s all part of the Portland Hotel Society’s ‘Spikes On Bikes’ program and it’s in response to the opioid crisis that’s being felt here in BC.
