School bus drivers accuse employer of not paying them in full

A month after the union representing GTA school bus drivers and their employer came to an agreement that averted a strike, drivers are accusing their employer of not honouring the contract. Cindy Pom reports from Markham, where drivers braved the cold to stage a rally.
