Tue, Dec 13: The report on legalizing cannabis in Canada sets out a wide framework for the federal government to draft legislation. Led by former justice minister Anne McLellan, the 9 member group made more than 80 recommendations to the Liberals, including setting the legal age for buying pot at 18.
