It’s being called a one-stop-shop for youth and Kelowna is getting one. The provincial government announced today that Kelowna is one of five communities that will be opening a centre dedicated to young people between the ages of 12 to 24. But as Kelly Hayes reports, the bulk of the funding will have to come from the community through fundraising.
