In response to a spike in break and enters — Calgary Police say a specialized team focusing on stolen stuff is having a dramatic impact. In last six months — several hundred thousand dollars of stolen property has been recovered. A desperate groom is hoping one special item is among them. Here’s Jill Croteau.
