Russia says the Syrian army has temporarily suspended its bombing of eastern Aleppo, to allow thousands of civilians to evacuate. The United States and Russia have announced plans to meet on Saturday, to discuss a possible peace plan for Aleppo. As Jeff Semple reports, the Syrian military is on the verge of victory.
