The head of MI6, Britain’s international spy agency, has warned that the scale of the threat against the United Kingdom is unprecedented. Speaking to journalists at MI6 headquarters in London’s Vauxhall, Alex Younger said the UK intelligence and security services have disrupted 12 terrorist plots in the UK since June 2013.
