Mon, Dec 5: The New Brunswick Court of Appeal has adjourned setting a new trial date for Dennis Oland until the New Year. The New Brunswick Court of Appeal ordered a new trial for Oland in the July 2011 death of his father, Richard Oland. As Global’s Andrew Cromwell reports the new trial may be at least a year away
