Dakota Access Pipeline protesters celebrate their victory after pipeline temporarily halted

The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and their supporters are celebrating the Army’s decision to deny a permit for the final segment of the Dakota Access Pipeline. The oil pipeline would have passed under a lake near the reservation and protesters say it could have contaminated the water supply. Roxana Saberi has the latest from New York.
