The judge in the trial of South Carolina police Officer Michael Slager, reads a note from the jury foreperson who wrote “It’s just one juror that has the issues.” Slager has been charged with murder in the April 2015 shooting death of Walter Scott during a traffic stop. The jury has been unable to reach a unanimous verdict.
