Later this morning, Gatlinburg residents will be allowed to go back to their homes for a few hours to gather their belongs and see what, if anything is left behind after a devastating wildfire. Last night, authorities raised the death toll from Chimney Top Fire in eastern Tennessee to 11, and dozens of others were injured.
