A North Carolina prosecutor said Wednesday that a Charlotte police officer acted lawfully when he shot and killed Keith Lamont Scott earlier this year. The man’s family and attorneys said though they appreciate the District Attorney’s respect for the family, they will investigate further. They also made a plea to President-elect Donald Trump for a change in policing.
