Arrests made in suspicious packages incidents that kept Saskatoon police busy for most of the day

Saskatoon police continue to investigate numerous reports of suspicious packages being delivered to local businesses. They say there is a 99 percent chance the powder found in the packages is not dangerous, and is in fact, most likely baking soda. Joel Senick reports.
