We have new details about the RCMP investigation into the killing of a Newfoundland man. Don Dunphy was shot, in his home, by a member of the former premier’s security detail. It happened on Easter Sunday 2015 after the premier’s office raised concern about a string of tweets perceived as threatening. As Ross Lord reports, a series of reports looking into what happened are now public.
