Transit strike official over

It’s the news Kelowna regional transit riders have been hoping for — the bus strike is officially over. The unionized transit workers walked off the job 14 days ago. Yesterday, the employer — First Canada — announced that a tentative three-year deal had been reached, but the workers had to vote on the offer.
