Nova Scotia surgical wait times second highest in Canada

Wed, Nov 23: From the time a patient is referred to a specialist, to when they actually receive treatment, the average Nova Scotian waits 34.8 weeks the second highest only to New Brunswick. As Global’s Jennifer Grudic tells us, these wait times are having serious consequences on patient health and well-being.
