Carbon neutral British town setting the standard for clean energy use

The tiny British village of Ashton Hayes is garnering worldwide attention for its unique approach to tackling climate change. Ten years ago, its residents banded together to make their town ‘carbon neutral,’ by reducing or offsetting 100% of their carbon emissions. As Jeff Semple reports, what started as a small town project has snowballed into an international campaign.
