Mon, Nov 21: The Union Gospel Mission is partnering up with a Chicago company to make life on the streets a little easier for Vancouver’s homeless. Street-proof backpacks are being distributed across Metro Vancouver to help those without a fixed address keep their belongings intact. Grace Ke has the details.
