BC barber shop, bookstore owners not sold on selling alcohol

The B.C. government is opening the flood gates, letting alcohol flow at all sorts of businesses including bookstores and barbershops. But Kelowna lawyer David Pihl says such businesses might want to talk to their insurer and lawyer first because they could be liable if a client, under the influence of alcohol, is involved in an accident on the way home. Kelly Hayes reports.
