Wed, Nov 9: The man on retrial for the alleged rape of a 19-year-old woman was under cross-examination Wednesday. Alexander Wagar claims his sex with the alleged victim at a party in 2011 was consensual. As Sarah Offin reports, the crown questioned Wagar about why he thought the victim was “compliant”.
