Tue, Nov 8: A 59-year-old man made his first court appearance, accused of sexually assaulting a 15 year old girl, as she slept in her own bed early Monday morning .The accused is well-known to local police and the legal system. Police issued a warning to residents in 2005, when he was released from prison for similar incidents. Allie Miller reports.
