Activist video captures fierce fighting in Syrian city of Aleppo

As clashes between the Assad regime and Syrian rebels continued in both southern and northern Aleppo, the Free Syrian Army-aligned Safwa Brigade recaptured the al-Owaijah neighborhood, located along the northern ring of the city, on November 8. Activist reports from inside Aleppo claimed that the rebel outfit regained all territories inside the area which it had lost in a November 7 regime ambush.
