Fri, Nov 4: A class action lawsuit filed on behalf of consumers against Ontario’s private toll road has been settled for $8 million out of court. As Sean O’Shea reports, the action centred on how 407 ETR continued to punish customers who were bankrupt and couldn’t pay.
