Wed, Nov 2: Barbara Freeman of Vaughan, Ont. has spent the last six weeks without the use of her premium-priced Kitchen Aid refrigerator. She says all of her efforts to get it fixed went unanswered until she called Global News. Sean O’Shea reports on how the company decided to give Freeman a brand new model.
