Montreal proposes anti-gentrification bylaw

Fri, Oct 28: The Sud-Ouest borough is proposing a 25-metre buffer between all new restaurants on Notre-Dame Street. As Global’s Matt Grillo reports, some residents feel high-end restaurants will gentrify the area, pushing out local shops.
