Tue, Oct 25: It’s been two years since the community rallied around Stacey Butler’s dog Rosco during his recovery from hip surgery. Now she is opening a dog grooming shop catering to canines with special needs. She’s only been open a few weeks and is already booked solid. Global’s Shelley Steeves reports.
