Several dozen delegates at a young workers’ summit in Ottawa on Tuesday turned their backs on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as he spoke while many others held signs reading “Keep the Promise” and criticized the Liberal government for considering signing on the Trans Pacific trade deal.
