Mon, Oct 24: The 2nd degree murder conviction of Dennis Oland in the July 2011 death of his father, well known Saint John businessman Richard Oland has been overturned on appeal. As Global’s Andrew Cromwell reports the New Brunswick Court of Appeal has ordered a new trial be held.
