Water restrictions lifted in Dartmouth, Cole Harbour, surrounding area

It’s been the driest year on record for many parts of Nova Scotia. A lack of rain combined with soaring temperatures led to a water shortage in some areas of the province this summer and water restrictions in others. As Global’s Natasha Pace reports, it finally looks like the situation is turning around.
