Sat, Oct 22: Legendary performer Steve Martin is in Calgary Saturday night, helping fundraise for the contemporary Calgary art gallery. The multi-talented comedian, actor and singer/songwriter is also a lover of great art, including Canada’s “Group of Seven” member, Lawren Harris. He was speaking with friend and New Yorker contributer Adam Gopnik on the art of our times. Lisa MacGregor was live from the Centennial Planetarium, which will one day become home to the art gallery.
