Alberta sets aside $1.5M to help unemployed apprentices

The province is putting $1.5 million to help unemployed apprentices. The money allows the would-be journeymen to pay their tuition. As Fletcher Kent explains, it won’t get them jobs, but it might stop them from dropping out.
