A Liberal politician in Quebec has stepped down after a public accusation of sexual assault . The Liberal party has launched an internal investigation into the allegations, and police say a complaint was lodged in March this year but that the accuser stopped cooperating. As Amanda Jelowicki reports, the victim made the allegations publicly Wednesday night at a vigil for sexual assault victims.
