On Wednesday, October 19, NASA and Russia’s Roscosmos launched a new crew to begin a 5-month mission aboard the International Space Station. Commander Sergey Ryzhikov and Flight Engineer Andrey Borisenko of Roscosmos, and Flight Engineer Shane Kimbrough of NASA launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan to begin the two-day journey to the space station.
