Vancouver Island man arrested for throwing coffee in face of rival team’s QB

A 22-year-old Vancouver Island man has been charged with assault after throwing coffee in the face of a player on an opposing team. As Kylie Stanton reports, it happened at a junior football game and the incident has raised questions about security at games between bitter rivals.
