Tue, Oct 18: A 76-year-old man testified in his own defence today at his second-degree murder trial in the death of a woman at a Toronto long-term care home. Peter Brooks says he had a dream and was told by spirits to beat up two residents at the residence where he lived. Catherine McDonald has more from the courthouse.
